Our Upper & Lower Town Tour combo is the best way to bike Quebec City to see the city in a short time!  Get ready to see the must-see sights, neighbourhoods, parks, and markets of the city.

Given that our tours are easy-going rides, you can choose to take both tours on the same day (AM + PM) or on separate days.  You will be able to let us know when you complete your reservation.

If you choose to do the tours on the same day there is an hour break between the two rides.  This provides more than enough time to grab a bite at one of the many nearby restaurants to the meeting point in the Quartier St. Jean Baptiste.

This tour departs from The Roy-O Bicycles, located in the charming St. Jean Baptiste neighbourhood of the Upper Town, just outside the Old City Wall.

Within walking distance of Old Quebec hotels, and St. Roch Airbnb's.

Have questions? Here's the most frequently asked.

Is the bike tour easy for everyone?

Almost everyone yes! Ours tours run at a relaxed pace, and include plenty of breaks and informational stops along the way. The tours stick mostly to bike paths, although we occasionally run along quieter city streets and through parks.
Those who know Quebec City will know there are a lot of hills – but don’t worry, we’ve chosen routes that minimize the hills, and we’ve also chose bikes that are very comfortable and easy to ride.
Lastly, riding in a group is helpful and we always provide tips for smart and safe riding at the beginning of each tour. If you’ve ridden a bike before, you’ll be more than fine!

What happens in case of rain?

All of our tours can run rain or shine. We even offer rain capes on bike tours to keep you dry! Only in extreme weather conditions shall a tour be cancelled.  This decision is always taken at the meeting point of the tour and never before the departing time.  In the rare event a tour is cancelled we will attempt to place you on another departure, or offer you a full refund.

What is the cancellation policy?

For our regular tours, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable (A 5% cancellation fee applies). Tours cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

Are children allowed on the tours?

The minimum recommended age is 13 years old, mostly because of the height requirement – our smallest bikes can accommodate height of 4’10” (147cm). If you will have children under 5 feet tall joining, please advise us when booking.

What if the tour is sold out on the date that I want to go?

If a date and time is sold out, there is always a good chance that we will add an additional tour on that day. Please contact us to let us know what date you are interested in if you do not see availability.
